Seven-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Please include your order number and email us at support@bewavyy.com before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Wavyy covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. The unused-item condition for change-of-mind returns does not exclude defective or incorrect items.

Duo Returns and Refunds

For an eligible return of both Duo brushes, the product refund is the $99 paid for the pair. If you return only one brush from a Duo, the brush you keep is charged at the $59.99 single-brush price and the product refund is $39.01. Applicable taxes are adjusted as required. This partial-return calculation applies to change-of-mind returns, not defective or incorrect-item remedies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned items are received and checked; your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
